Holy Sheet Cakes is a new bakery in Wise County, Texas specializing in absolutely delicious, no-frills sheet cakes. Based on my grandmother's 80-year old Texas Buttermilk sheet cake recipe, we bring our home cooking and passion for delicious baked goods to you!
We’re a family business, with everyone playing their part. Cathy is a third generation confectioner, bringing all of her family's culinary skills to the kitchen. Frank and the kids help with marketing and administration. All of our goods are handcrafted, baked and served with a side of love. From our family to yours, enjoy this little bit of Heaven on Earth!
People ask us, "So what's with the name 'Holy Sheet Cakes?'" Well, first, it's just fun. But secondly, our family believes a bit of holiness in this world isn't a bad thing. Our faith is important to us. In our church, we say, "Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us." As we journey through this life and even this business, we want to do it prayerfully and with faith, asking God to have mercy on us and all of the world.
